Upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 8.1–Problem–will not permit opening of individual email messages in Windows Live Mail 2012

I just upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 8.1.

One major problem so far. My Windows Live Mail 2012 loads new messages fine but will not permit opening of individual email messages Pop-up box says that--- 'MSVCR110.dll is missing". Can anyone please help. Many thanks
