I'm going to upgrade my W7 32 bit OS to W7 64 bit and need some help in determining what I need to do regarding Windows Live Mail 2012.

If I have to re-install Windows Essentials, how can I save and transfer my current email & contacts files? Where are they physically located, and should I anticipate any problems?
