I don't check my Hotmail account that often but at least a few times a year. Today I logged in and saw that I've been upgraded to this Outlook, all my emails and folders dating back 15 years has been deleted. These were emails that were very important to me. I've read forums and tips but nothing has helped. I don't use a POP server. Even if you delete messages for account inactivity I would have appreciated being notified of this so that I had the option to do something about it. Please please can you try to help restore my emails.
