Can anyone inform me as to how to get updates to my still working 2008 windows Presario vista (32-bit) pc?

The windows defender & essentials will not be available any longer, i went into my (7 upgrade advisor).

And all it had for info, was to upgrade to a newer computer, well i'm not ready to do that right now.

So is there a way to get updates thru my (Service Pack2), i'd appreciate any helpful information, thanks.

Down below it forced to to click onto (Product), well nothing in that drop down box relates to my problem at all,

so i just clicked onto windows-live-mail, but no this is not what i need help with, my question i have is above.
