i am about to scream!!!!!So i have been having endless trouble wmplayer and based on some advice from this site no the less, i was told to turn off wmplayer features and restart and then turn it back on and restart. as i restart the second time, it decides to play 30 min to an hour of update games, then just freezes, so my only options are to leave it sitting like that till the end of the world or turn it off, obviously i chose the latter (i'm trying to stress that i had not choice!), so i boot it up and its all messed up so i have to do a "recovery" it says it wouldn't mess with my files and such... so i wait a hour for it to do that then i get on and my settings are back at win 8 instead of 8.1, I've lost all previous programs that i paid to freaking install in the first place and i have to reset all my freaking settings!!!!!! and best of all i have NO restore points, so now i'm stuck!!!! i have no msword or any programs (it wants me to buy them when i had them in the first place!!!) i lost a $900 animation software, the only good thing is i didn't lose my files but at this point i might as well have!!!!
oh and the  freaking thing didn't even "recover" my wmplayer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
at this point im very very very very very very very frustrated and angry enough to punch the computer
