updateing my inbox???? after changing alias??? 8 hours ago…

PLEASE HELP
 i cant access my email area whatsoever..
please help.. its just saying we're updateing your inbox after I "tryd" to change alias.. its been like this over 8 hours now...
i did this yesterday if u need a time frame between 9 and midnight..
