I hope someone can help me as I am getting tired of the run around. I have complete the stupid reset password form 6 times!!! I don't remember my password obviously. On the form, it gives me secret answer to my password in SPANISH!! Ummm... I don't speak spanish and would never set my secret hint in spanish.. I haven't sent any emails from this account *** Email address is removed for privacy *** in more than likely over 2 years. everything was forwarded to my paid account so I responded to most of my emails via another account. I have provided the email addresses that I could have sent emails to and provided the subjects but according to your security measures.. ITS NOT GOOD ENOUGH. *** Email address is removed for privacy *** is my business email that I would like to continue to use if someone would just take the time to really look into my issue. I completely understand the whole security measures however, it's not working when i've seen several complaints that folks have fill out the form completely and still received the "we are unable to verify your information please try again and enter in as much information as you...blah blah blah" i need my account as I'm not even sure I have any new clients due to the fact that I still can't get in. so please someone help or else I'll lose potential business cause no one cares and i'll be forced to go elsewhere. Again I've filled out the recovery form so please don't tell me to go fill that thing out again
