unsubscribe blocks sender

Hi ,

I have problem that my email can't receive any email at all !! Except outlook emails 

I trued to send messages to my friends and they got them 

And when they send me the messages back, nothing has received !!!

BTW, i sent a message from my account to my friend email and my email, she got the message and i don't


Please, if anyone knows the solution then send it to me
