I am running Outlook 14.4.6. I have an alert that there is 1 email unread, however even if the inbox is empty the number 1 is in bold and says one unread email even though there are no emails in the inbox. Cannot get rid of it. Bottom left where it alerts you to number of email and how many are unread it indicates that there is one mail unread. Cannot get rid of the number in bold or the unread alert. Any ideas?
