I have had this problem for more than 1 year and am told to read these threads to SOLVE the problem and it seems that I am the only one with this problem as NONE of the other threads have come close to fixing this problem. Do I need to convert and become a MAC user? I have not done any changes but micro soft has. Losing my desire for emails and being a microsoft uninformed ****.
