Unable to verify my hotmail.com accoun on iPhone 4s

I am unable to verify my hotmail.com account as of 7/24/13.  Any ideas?  I have been on with Microsoft support and they sent me here because they were stumped as well.  I am using an iPhone 4s by the way.
