Hi. I have recently been asked to verify my old hotmail.co.uk account after recieving the message ' It looks as though someone is trying to access your account xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx'. It then gives me the options of sending a security code to an alternate e-mail address or clicking 'I can't verify my account' and filling in a questionnaire. However the alternate e-mail is lists is an old university one that I no longer have access to and I have attempted to fill in the questionnaire several times to no avail.
The problem with the questionnaire is that many of the questions are not relevant to my account, for example I haven't emailed anyone in my contacts for years, created no new folders etc and I also am unable to remember my secret answer.
I can however provide other information, such as how many flagged emails there are and what they are as well as the content and the identity of people that have emailed me but there is no space for these on the questionnaire form.
I had a similar problem with my other account that I use mainly for storage but instead of the 'I can't verify my email' option I had the option to select 'I don't use these anymore' which sorted the problem out in seconds.
I was wondering if anyone would be able to point me in the right direction to sorting this problem out (or ideally just sort out the problem for me). I need this problem dealing with as it is very important that I have access to this email account
Thank you.
Craig
