Unable to verifyP account information on computer for outlook.com.

I have the same problem but in my computer. They asked me to verify my account and then bring me to a screen to add a secure code. I answered that i don't have and then screen tell me that security code is been sent to my email. But how i am going to get my secure code from my email when I cant access to my email at the first place.

Now only i have one more day to access to my account and then I will knock out. Please any one can help with this. My hotmail account is very important.
