HI, since I upgraded from Microsoft 8.1 to Microsoft 10, I am not able to use wife's email address .I can use mine which is default.   I keep getting following message...

Unable to send or receive messages for the Hotmail ........ account.

Server Error: 3204
Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE20003

I deleted misbehaving email address and re started computer.  Re entered email in accounts and still can not use email with same message....I am not game to enter Register.
