OT: Remove windows mail without control panel.

I have been having problems with Windows Live mail continuing to ask me for my password when I open the program, About 3 weeks ago I was able to get by the issue by downloading the latest update. This time it told me the program was already up to date. I tried to restore the computer using system restore but there was only one date due to a windows update and it said it was unsuccessful. I went to control panel to try to uninstall the program and it is not there. I tried to type %programfiles(x86)WindowsLiveInsaller. and I'm told there is no program but windows mail is still on my computer
