I keep getting this error message in my windows live mail, even though I continue to send and receive most email. How can I stop this error message. I have contacted my provider (Comcast); they tried to fix it and told me it had to be a Microsoft problem. I don't have a clue how to "update the folder list."

"Unable to send or receive messages for the Comcast (~~~~) account. Header download for the 'Save' folder did not complete. Could not select 'Save' on the IMAP server. Try updating the folder list and then try again.
