Hi, would really welcome some help please. Initially when I moved to Windows 10, Windows Live Mail appeared to be working fine but gradually errors have arisen to the point now where it is  not downloading emails for any of the accounts I have set up. The first issue was constantly setting message flags (still happening) and now I'm getting the following error message for each account;

Unable to send or receive messages for the [R*** P] account. Header download for the 'Inbox' folder did not complete. The connection to the server has failed.

Server Response: Your IMAP command could not be sent to the server, due to non-network errors. This could, for example, indicate a lack of memory on your system.

Server: 'imap.123-reg.co.uk'

Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC0E

Protocol: IMAP

Port: 143

Secure(SSL): No

And this one;

Your IMAP command could not be sent to the server, due to non-network errors. This could, for example, indicate a lack of memory on your system.

Configuration:
   Account: [removed]
   Server: imap.123-reg.co.uk
   User name: [removed]
   Protocol: IMAP
   Port: 143
   Secure(SSL): 0
   Code: 800ccc0e

I've tried the repair suggested by Ruth above but this has not resolved anything.

Many thanks for any suggestions.
