The server did not respond to this IMAP command before the connection was terminated.

   Server: imap-mail.outlook.com
   User name: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
   Protocol: IMAP
   Port: 993
   Secure(SSL): 1
   Code: 800ccc0f

I use Windows live Mail on win10, outlook 2016. all other email addresses i have are working fine.
