I am trying to create and add my outlook account for my new job. When I logged onto computer, the old employees outlook signed in. I need emails from that account but I want to delete her name and address and add mine. I removed hers and clicked add new. I created my name, address, and password which then directed me to a configuring screen. It has a check mark by "estblish network connection" and a check by "search for *** Email address is removed for privacy *** server settings" then it was an arrow by "log on to server and send test email". A box pops up with server name and my email and passowrd and I say ok but nothing happens ... I need help asap please
