Unable to sign in with Live ID

Hi,

My husband is unable to sign in with his Live ID (which is why I am posting for him). 

His SkyDrive says 'There was a problem connecting to SkyDrive' and Skype says 'Microsoft account is unavailable'.

Please send me a PM so that I can give you the Live ID.
