I am unable to sign into windows live mail 2012 on my desk top computer, but able to receive emails on my smart phone using the same email address, a gmail account. keep receiving the below error message. any advice !!!!!!!

Unable to send or receive messages for the Gmail (andyselby77) account. Header download for the 'Inbox' folder did not complete. The operation was cancelled by the user.
