so when i signed in to this email of mine it said that someone else is trying to use the account so it needed information but i closed down my linked email very long ago already. it requires me to fill a form but the form needed all the sent email recipients and the thing is i only use that email to receive emails and not send emails so it says i cant recover it. but i need some information in that email what can i do?
