My SkyDrive client is unable to sign in. I have gone through couple iterations of this issue. It was originally working but then got to a point where it would just sit in the system tray while gray and say "not signed in." I could uninstall it and reinstall
it and it would work until it was restarted.
Now it will not work at all no matter how many times I download it and reinstall it. Currently when I run SkyDrive it ask for my login credentials and it just says "Signing in..." I have tried two different accounts and I still get this behavior. Which I have
no trouble logging into on skydrive.com or live.com.
In the logs I am getting this error:
>dwError=0x3e4
08-04-13,21:13:28.482,127,1580,0,PAL,cwinhttp.cpp(1239),0,0,ERR,JUMPONFAILURE Failed: ,msg=HRESULT_FROM_WIN32(((WINHTTP_ASYNC_RESULT *) lpvStatusInfo)->dwError);hr=800703e4

I have uninstalled it dozens of times and deleted all files associated with SkyDrive, the program files folder, the app data folder, and the skydrive folder. I have restarted and I have downloaded SkyDrive multiple different times.
The other computer on my network is having no issues with SkyDrive. The only difference is that one is wired while this one is using a wireless connection. Both go through the same router. Both Windows 7.
I have used both the OpenDNS and Google public DNS servers on this computer.
I have used the Microsoft tool to reset IE as well as manually verified that IE set to medium-high. I have lowered it to medium, I have reset all zones to defaults. I have removed all of my trusted sites to ensure that it was no using the trusted site settings.
I have verified that I have the certificates Baltimore CyberTrust Root, VeriSign Class 3 Public Primary Certification Authority - G5, and GTE CyberTrust Global Root (not GTE CyberTrustGlobalRoot) and they are not expired.
Out of all the posts with these issues none of the above solutions have helped and I have not found any other solutions. I am not sure what else to try.
