For the first time in months of frustrating Outbox problems in WLM,  using with Windows 10, I finally got an error code,  An unknown error has occurred.

Port: 587
Secure(SSL): Yes

My husband died on October 26 and my emails simply languished in Outbox and no one received notification.  SHAME on Microsoft!  

Now I have 18 emails sitting there as I try to save Storage Folders before quitting WLM altogether.  Please help me send forward them to my address so I can save needed information! HELP an elderly lady, please!
