Original Title: Windows Live Mail 2012

I’m using Windows 8.1 for the last year. Now I can not send photos with windows live mail 2012. Did something change? Windows live mail opens and shows publishing photo, task status, executing, but never completes. I have to restart my computer to clear the task. Any idea what’s caused the problem?
