Old Title: Unable to send or receive messages on Windows Live servers account.

I am unable to send or receive messages on Windows Live, but I do still continue to receive these messages when attempting to send/receive on WLM:

Server Error: 5102
Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE00002
I have been through the article by Marie V in the Windows forum to resolve machine configuration without success. Luckily, I can still send and receive via my Outlook.com program, so I can receive any reply you may have through there. Thank you for any help you can provide.
