Split from this unrelated thread
I have tried:
1. Clearing Outbox
2. Re-entering user name and password with and without checking Remember me.
3. Closing firewall, spam and virus programs before opening WLM.
4. Updated Windows Essentials.
5. Removing and reinstalling default e-mail account.
6. powered down and Resarted computer and WLM numerous times.
and I continue to get this error message each time:
Unable to send or receive messages for the Verizon (dpaxton1) account. An incorrect password was entered. The next time you send or receive messages, you'll be asked to enter your user name and password for this account.

I would like to continue using WLM for my Verizon account. Any other suggestions
