My Windows Live Mail is not receiving emails and is constantly asking for username or password even though I know they are correct.
I then get the following message....
Unable to send or receive messages for the Sky (*********) account. An incorrect password was entered. The next time you send or receive messages, you'll be asked to enter your username and password for this account.
