Receive the following message when trying to send/receive emails:
Unable to send or receive messages for the Sky (~~~) (1) account. The email server returned an error.

This originally started when I received an email which I could not delete. I was able to move it into my deleted folder from where I could delete it permanently but the original remained in my in folder. Tried to set up new email account and deleted the old one. No success.
I can view my emails directly via my Sky account.
