I was prompted to change my email address by talk talk. Its opened up a whole mess of problems.

After 2 online help chats plus a phone call and im none the wiser.

Im not a computer whizz, far from it, and my internet access is to be closed by my previous server.

Im panicking like a headless chicken but the more I look for help, the more confusing it is.

I need internet access but cant get help. Ive followed instructions step by step but it don't compute.

This is what im getting when I try to use my mail

I haven't a clue what to do now...
