I am getting the message "unable to send or receive messages for the MSN account" "Server Error 4201" "Server https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/sync.aspx' WindowsLiveMailErrorID:0x8DE00002"

I can access my Hotmail and get the messages but no send or receive messages in Windows Live Mail 2012. Also the "Sent" file disappeared.
