I get this error message when in live mail:

Unable to send or receive messages for the Live (brianzhen) account.

Server Error: 4102
Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE00001

please explain the solution.

Redownloading essentials does not help to receive emails.
