Good morning,

I have a problem with my account while using it via windows live mail 2012 , I can't send or receive any emails , it gives me the following error.

Unable to send or receive messages for the Live account.

Server Error: 3219
Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE00005

I checked the answers, but the problem is still exist.

If you have a solution, pls. guide me.
