Unable to send or receive messages for the Hotmail (euro.travel) account.

HI All 

i m unable to received and send the mail using my -  window live mail  2012 ... i was working properly , suddenly not receiving  and sending email 

please help us if there is upgrade in setting ..  

i want to keep all my email safe
