Please help as since windows 10 installed itself today I have lost two of the four emails we have.

We get this message

Unable to send or receive messages for the Hotmail.co (nancysm) account.

Server Error: 3204
Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE20003

We have uninstalled and reinstalled the emails but no good.

Can I send you the two effected emails so that you can hopefully fix.
