Almost same error i am getting too since MS decided to upgrade hotmail.com to OWA

Unable to send or receive messages for the Hotmail (mohit17977) account.

Server Error: 0x801941F7
Server: 'https://m.hotmail.com/Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x801941F7

i did remove account and added it back. No luck.
