I've had this problem before, and can't remember if it resolved itself or I uninstalled WLM and reinstalled to fix.  But I can't resolve it anymore.  All calls to MSN support number tell me they do not support WLM.  Strange.  They referred me to support.live.com or this site.  I've removed the account and re-added it with not results.  I can go to Outlook, and my email is updated.  I don't like Outlook (not robust) nor MSN Explorer (old), I've used WLM for years and like it.  Is there a familiar fix for this problem?  Please advise.
