Unable to send or receive messages for the Msn (aquitainedps) account.

I received this error message whilst trying to download messages on Live Mail. I removed the account numerous times but now I can't download the folders that go with it. I can, however, log in using Outlook.Com so I'm using the correct password etc. All my other email addresses are working fine with Live Mail. Please help as I use this email address for business and I need to see it all in one place.
