I have the same problem but all the info on the verizon page works just fine. I have reset my password but livemail keeps saying its wrong..I can sign in to the verizon just fine with it..any help?  oh i have also tried to uninstall and reinstall the WLM program but not helping...alos i cant delete the reg. entry and it seems to be storing all the old info..maybe this is the problem?
