As of today, when I try to send or receive emails from my bigpond account in Windows Livemail I receive a prompt to "please enter your username & password for the following server" which is mail.bigpond.com

I have been in touch with the bigpond provider, they have checked all settings, password is correct - they told me it is an application issue.

The live mail has been working fine until today. The only issue has been that it does not send junk emails to the junk folder.
