When I attempt to send or receive e-mail with Windows 7 Live (2012) I receive the following message:

Unable to send or receive messages for the Frontier (pacificjatc) account. Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity.

Server: 'pop3.frontier.com'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC0F
Protocol: POP3
Port: 110
Secure(SSL): No

I have done some troubleshooting:

   Flushed DNS Resolver Cache

   Turned off Firewall

   Checked e-mail configuration

I receive messages when I first turn the computer but it seems to get stuck receiving. From that point on I have to re-start the computer to receive or send messages again.

Thank you,

D.
