When I log in to my hotmail account, I am unable to open emails received or send new emails. I do not get any error messages but see some dotted lines running accross the top. I have to click fresh a couple times before I can read an email. It is the same to change from one folder to another (Inbox to Junk). I have been having this problem for 3-4 days now.
