For the past few days now, I cannot send emails from Outlook.com. This occurs in both IE 9 and Chrome. If I hit "reply" it does not auto fill the "To" field. When I enter addresses into the "To" field, it says the field is blank. I have cleared my cookies and nothing works. I need to use this account for some work emails and this is killing me.
