I have verified that the account is working, that the server is running, and that I am able to send emails from that server using other client software (namely, Outlook 2010). That account also works in gmail. So: the problem exists in Outlook.com and
ONLY Outlook.com.
By the way: I have ALREADY rebooted, cleared my cached, upgraded my browser, tried from different computers, tried from different browsers - all the things that outlook.com support reps tell you to do for every single issue. None of it helped.
I have deleted the account, added it back, tried different ports - none of that worked either.
Anyone have any other ideas?
