I  had  w 8.1 but  had many  problems , downgraded to  windows  7  starter. Installed w Essentilas. clikcked  on wlm create a  new account this  failed  too. Then  uninstall WLM  since then I have not  recieved emails . Mcrosoft  queried  my  security  and in one  night  gave me a  security  ID  and  4  text  and  1 email code. I  am now  giving up. Please  help I am sight  impaired.
