Today, I went to send an email message from Outlook 2013 and found the message was queued in the outbox. I tried to open it and click send, send and receive, delete it, recreate it, re send it, etc. And it will not send.
Then I signed into outlook.com and found I was getting an error "Sorry Outlook wasn't able to complete this request"
I have tried in the following browsers:
Firefox
Chrome
Internet Explorer
I have cleared the cache/cookies, and it does not resolve the issue.
Oddly enough, I am able to receive email without issue.
Has my account been limited? And if not, what is the problem?
