The error message explains what went wrong, so we have to see the whole thing. Remove any unsent messages from the outbox (below the account folders in the folder pane), then compose a new test message with a unique subject and send it to yourself (i.e. from the troublesome account to the same account). Post any error messages in your reply. You can click on an error message to select it, then use right-click to copy it and paste it into the text entry box.
I went into the outbox folder and resent them to the people I originally wanted them to go to. My windows live mail shows they are being executed but so far has not fully executed that command? Is there any other step I could do to insure this does not happen again?
