I'm the webmaster of a church web site. On the 1st day of each month, I send a 1-page report of web site statistics for the month just ended as an e-mail attachment to 17 BCC addresses. Up until a few months ago, there was no problem doing this using Windows Live Mail 2012 on Windows 7 Professional.

For some reason unknown to me, a few months ago, when I tried to do so the e-mail just stayed in my OUTBOX. It has continued to do this ever since then. Now, I can send it to no more than 3 BCC addresses for it go to my SENT folder. So, instead of sending 1 message, I have to send 6 messages!

I called my ISP to find out if they had some kind of limit/restriction that could be the problem. I was assured that they were not the problem. Do any of you have any ideas that may help me?
