I can no longer send attachments and phots in Windows Live Mail 2011.  I have cleaned out everything I could possibly do without and the problem remains.  The receiver gets numerous emails of the same thing and can't open the attachments.  When I send the email with the attachment I get an error message in the lower right hand corner but can't understand what it's trying to say.
