I understand the challenge that you are facing. As you mentioned, you are unable to log in to the program using the same password. I will be glad to assist you. We just need more detailed information for us to assist you further. Please provide the error code that you received and let us know what your ISP is.

This just started this morning.  when I go to my Windows Live Mail 2011 on my windows 7,  a small window pops up advising me to enter my user name and password, my username is already noted and where you are supposed to enter the password there are black dotes...assuming that is my stored password.  When I click OK it goes away and resurfaces in about 10 seconds  Finally get a bigger message with Server Error Ox800CCC90 * don't know of that is the "number 0" or the "letter O+ Authentication Failed.  Also shows Windows LiveMail Error I.E.  Ox800ccc92.

I did try changing the password, but that did not work either.  I even tried unplugging everything and waiting 20 - 25 seconds....I know you are probably cringing at that, but it seems to work for other suborn issues.  As you can see, I am not really computer literate
